Osteopathy and dry needling
Osteopathie van der Aar offers dry needling treatments. But what exactly is dry needling?
Dry needling is a technique used to reduce muscle pain (referred pain) and muscle tension. In dry needling, fine, sterile needles are inserted into specific muscle knots (trigger points) or painful areas within the muscles.
